Your data and account
Download a copy of your data or securely delete your account.
What is this?
Open the user menu with your name or avatar and choose Profile. There you manage personal details, email, password, the complete export and your right to erasure.
What do you see?
‘Download all data’ creates a portable JSON archive containing your profile, memberships, accounts, transactions and the other Finance Ledger data you can access. To download it, open your profile on a computer.
What can you do?
Download an archive before deletion. To delete permanently, confirm your identity again through a secure email link or Google, then enter your current email address within five minutes.
What does the result mean?
If you are the sole Workspace member, the account and financial workspace are permanently deleted and connected bank sessions are revoked. In a shared Workspace, shared data is retained and your membership is removed. The last owner or administrator must first appoint another owner or administrator.
