What is this?

Net worth is total assets minus liabilities. Financial reserve compares savings with average spending.

What do you see?

In ‘Overview’ you see net worth, total assets, investments, liabilities, monthly history, asset allocation and performance against known cost basis. In ‘Exchange accounts’ you manage the separate read-only Kraken and Binance connections.

What can you do?

Keep manual valuations and cost basis current, check account classifications and use read-only API keys when connecting an exchange. When adding a crypto investment, choose from 30 assets ordered by market capitalization as of the latest CoinGecko catalog update. Their prices refresh automatically in euros.

How do I record rent from a property?

Add a Property investment, enable Rented out and enter the monthly rent in EUR. This is expected income, not automatically added to reported income or the property's value. Under Received rent, select an existing received bank transaction or enter the date, amount and cash wallet. A bank payment is categorized as rental income without duplication. Cash creates income and increases the recorded wallet balance. The receipt date determines the reporting period; the rental month is separate. Partial payments may use different methods. Do not record the same receipt twice. Disabling rental or deleting the property preserves recorded transactions.

What does the result mean?

The monthly line is reconstructed from current net worth and recorded bank movements. It is not a complete historical valuation of investment and liability changes. A green, amber or red crypto-price indicator shows whether the price was updated today, is more than 24 hours old or the refresh failed.
