Forgotten password and sign-in problems
Recover access using your account email.
How do I reset my password?
From Sign in, choose Forgot password? and enter your account email. Open the link, enter a new password of at least 8 characters and confirm it. Sign in again after saving.
No email or an expired link?
Check the address and spam folder. Request a new link if the old one is expired or invalid. The sending confirmation does not establish that an account exists for that email. Contact support@financeledger.io if the problem continues.
